New Customer Relations Management System – April 2022 Update
The San Juan Alumni Association has been working to implement a NEW Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System to serve our Spartan community better. We chose the Neon One LLC product called NeonCRM. “Neon One LLC provides best in class software and services built to drive growth for nonprofits and educational institutions of all sizes.” The NeonCRM system will help the SJAA streamline our processes to provide better services, including a new and improved Payment Gateway system to provide safer, more secure online payment processing.
We anticipate launching the new system in Mid-April 2022
Watch for an EMAIL INVITATION to login to our private and secure online “Constituent Portal”. Once you setup your NAME and EMAIL you will have access into a Members Only experience to manage your information, stay connected and become more engaged with our Spartan community!

HELP WANTED – 2 to 4 hours per week – The SJAA Webmaster is seeking individuals interested in supporting our vast technology infrastructure. In the past six years we have grown from our first Website into a robust Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System. We use GoDaddy Web Hosting, WordPress & Divi Themes to build the website, NeonCRM to manage customer relations, Constant Contact for email marketing, PayPal, and Microsoft products, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
We are seeking individuals who are creative, dependable, resourceful, and willing to help in any capacity. Are you a Graphic Designer? Let’s develop a new brand for the SJAA. A Writer? Let’s create engaging stories about our SJAA history. I would be happy to talk with you to discuss how your talents and skills can contribute to the success of the SJAA.
